Design, roll out and execution of a Deli store in Herentals. We simplified the typical food store layout of the 1950s into a fresh, modern space. The floor is an interpretation of the typical black&white square tiles. We create product zones by designing different types of furniture. The central cooling element is covered by mirrored glass to change the perception of the rather heavy piece into something light. The effect of the floor reflection makes it disappear.
