Concrete flooring, full-height windows and a cedar-clad ceiling recall the spirit of midcentury modern. The design language, proportions and details are inspired by the modernist zeitgeist and applied in a contemporary way. Natural, raw materials stand eternal, adding warmth and purity to the space. An open staircase made of wood and steel leads up to the first floor where the large hallway reinforces the sensation of being in the forest, displaying a see-through view on the surrounding nature.
